Request Farm to School Materials from WVDA!

The West Virginia Department of Agriculture has a "Farm to School Kit" of printed resources available! Please fill out this form to request these materials today! 

These will include: Enough stickers for the students listed, 5 Silo Print bags per school, 1 Poster(11"x17"), 1 Banner(53"x26"), and 1 "Locally Grown" Window Cling per school.
